ArP still king stat for blood?

Hey I am wondering how hard the ArP nerf hit us... No one has came out and said weather or not it is back to gemming for Str or we still gem ArP. Anyone have any info / math on this? Please if someone could help i would be most appreciative... I can't find anything on EJ as it appears they aren't updating the threads anymore? Thanks in advance!

with the recent nerf to Arp it has fallen below str on the Ep values esp with 4 pc Bonus because arp doesn't help our dots at all so i would gem pure str and pick up Arp from items its still the second best stat after your hit and exp capped.

That is what i figured but i have seen some posts on EJ Stating that ArP was best I calculated new guestimated stat wieghts but dunno exact values. Thanks for confirming my suspicions that ArP was our second highest stat.
