i'm using this forum as my own little sandbox and diary - if you don't like it and aren't pink go away.
Earlier this week i resolved that i would play my "mana inefficient spec" - ie: a holy light build, with the extra points in prot instead of ret... for at least one month to ensure i wasn't clinging on something that needed to be clinged to. IE: Crit.
In
theory, you lose a lot of mana regen from crit. In
practice, it really wasn't a lot lost.
Tonight's Algalon kill - "mana inefficient spec"Illumination 22919

Interestingly the illumination regens (the basis for arguement for ret tree vs: prot tree) are almost identical for the two kills.
More later i'm crafting up a spellpower set to test out FOL build.
