From EJ:

both haste buffs (8%)
736 haste rating (3/3 CF) (old was 253)
856 haste rating (0/3 CF) (old was 359)

WoA alone (5%)
856 haste rating (3/3 CF) (old was 359)
980 haste rating (0/3 CF) (old was 468)

Moonkin/Swift Ret alone (3%)
936 haste rating (3/3 CF) (old was 430)
1063 haste rating (0/3 CF) (old was 541)

no haste buffs
1063 haste rating (3/3 CF) (old was 541)
1193 haste rating (0/3 CF) (old was 655)

a modest proposal for Blizzard: give someone else Wrath of Air in 3.3

My math for 3/3 CF + both haste buffs is:
1.5/(1.1*1.03*1.05*1.03) = 1.2242 (gear haste factor needed in denominator of haste GCD calc)
22.42*32.79 = 735.15

I don't understand - what do the haste ratings mean? Is it what is required to reach what we have now on our GCD, post GotEM?

To be honest, we may revert the Rejuv nerf. This isn't 100% finalized yet, so please don't say we promised anything.

We definitely wanted to nerf Rejuv. However we also wanted to fix Gift of the Earth Mother. That change wasn't necessarily aimed at further nerfing druids, even though that was the outcome. It was aimed at not making haste such a wonky stat for Resto.

In short, we think the GotEM change both nerfed druids and fixed the haste scaling problem so the Rejuv duration nerf may not be necessary. Stay tuned.

So, I'm actually looking forward to the GoTEM change.  Right now pretty much all of our druids only need 4 points in GoTEM (cough cough) as the haste cap is with 4/5 GoTEM is 541 (easy to hit).  With the next tier of gear it's not unreasonable to think we would only need 3/5 GoTEM (723 haste) to hit the cap, if GoTEM stayed the same.  After the change we will of course need 5/5 GoTEM and more haste, but this will help Thom by make nourish much stronger and Glyphed Rejuv much more interesting.

I really question how much it would help thom with nourish. My nourish is at ~1.2 second cast with raid buffs at around 430 haste. With natures grace up (which it is most of the time if your spamming nourish), it hit 1 second. I don't really see needing 10% more haste on that in addition to more haste from gear. Hell, it may be possible to end up at 1 second base without nature's grace. For example, thom had it up 40.7% of the time on h beasts, with 35.4% of his healing on that fight being nourish.

It certainly won't help with nourish spams, but it is still a buff to nourish.  I guess my point is, depending on how much haste we get on the next tier, this might actually not be much of a nerf.  If we don't have to go too far out of our way to get back to 1 sec GCD, then we just gained a buff to nourish and regrowth for a small bit of haste stacking.

The HT spec will also be amusing (although I'm not too fond of it) after the change.
