Nice find!  I'm considering a similar deep frost spec to mess with in Arena.  I may try his out tonight in BGs to get a little feel for it!

Played around with the Deep frost 2h build last night.  The FS hit INCREDIBLY hard especially if you are using your KM procs on them.
