So...
I just got to the end content after finishing the game. I'm borderline at the verge of hating this one to. The gil system is just gawd awful. And the fact that the marks are 5times harder than the last boss is kind of lame. I'd rather finish all the content and have most of the Gilgamesh Inc. weapons before i finish the game. I could on more but I don't want to ruin some of the end content for others. I still feel like FFX was the last good FFgame they made. 11,X2,12, and possibly 13 are ruining FF for me.

ya i have tried all the ones after 10 and they are never as good sucks wish they could get the series back to where is was random encounters and open ended intil you wanted to push the story.

After a nearly 4 month hiatus, I picked this game back up on Saturday. Left off mid-chapter 9, but I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed playing - what a dope story. (And I'm still completely blown away by the battle engine, sheesh)
Can we kill HLK soon so I can play this more? =)

I finally got it beat about 2 weeks ago. Haven't even started post-game-achievement hunting or the like, and I'm not 100% sure I will.
Prooooobably best combat engine of any FF. (I think I liked abusing materia combo's a bit more, but that may be nostalgia talking).
Last few boss fights the story gets to feeling a little cracked, but meh, nothing's perfect.
