BiS?

So I have a link for this guy that SEEMS like he knows what he is talking about.
Many people reference him, and all his links are proper and such.

Depending on your play-style/likes and dislikes it can vary.
I would consider some of his options as taking in consideration of people's needs/wants, and the tier Bonuses. Also, the caps many people need to hit.

Your haste with all BiS(shown Above) should be:
With Truama and Off-Hand: 773
With Staff: 846
(Without Gems or Enchants!)

Your Spell Power:
Without Mace and Off-hand or Staff: 1746
Mace and Off-Hand: 2701 (Spirit not accounted for)
Staff: 2639 (Spirit not accounted for)
(Without Gems or Enchants!)

That might help you decide a little better.

Your BiS list might change whether you have the staff or the MH/offhand. you'd be near renew/gcd capped with the staff. with trauma + offhand, you won't be so the http://www.wowhead.com/item=47485 are still BiS

Depends if you want to go with more Regen or lay more on your CD's.

You also can gain haste with gems to meet the GCD, but I doubt even in the hardest content you need to be GCD cap.

Also you have to have some Crit to gain Mana Regen from Holy Concentration.

You don't *need* to be capped, but until you are gcd capped, haste > *. I don't recall what's the % of crit you should have to keep Imp HC up, but it's pretty insignificant.

I updated my Holy spec (admittedly it was a little outdated).  This includes B&S and assumes CoH > PoM > Emp. Renew as spell priorities.  Flash heal (if necessary on a lower HP target) with a Surge of Light proc.  Holy Spec

I used the Hymn of Hope glyph, but I'd say if your doing more than say 10% or 20% of your healing from Flash Heal (non Surge of Light proc'd) then, I'd replace it with the Flash Heal glyph.
