Group Compose For 3 Drakes

Hey guys I was wondering is it tru that you have to stack your groups with either range or melee. Also would you take 3 well geared healers or 2 well geared healers.

assuming you're talking about 10man, I've found it to greatly help if you stack dps one direction or the other, but its possible to do it without. I've had the best expierence with 3 well geared healers and 3 well geared tanks. This puts a big strain on your DPS, but it seems to work well for us because it keeps everything under control.

That said, there are many, many, many people who do it with 2 tanks and 3 healers or 3 tanks and two healers and a few that run with 2/2 so its really about whre the weak points are in your group in my opinion.

I have had the best results with 3 heal 3 tank and 4 ranged dps. The ranged make it easier due to the fact they don't have to move as much as the melee would. It is a really strenous fight on everyone invovled and is harder than it should be for a 10 man encounter. Hopefully my group and knock it out this week so we can get the drake before the patch.

Our first kill was stacked for magic dps, and it does make it easier if you stack one way or another. Although we have tried different setups, and although we sometimes had dps troubles, it was mainly due to people not pulling their weight in general rather than an overall dps loss.
