What are my options for monitoring my trinkets' internal 45s CD's?

I'm pretty sure Forte has options for that, but that may be a bit heavyweight for what you want. (If you aren't already using Forte, I mean).

Forte is very cool. It has a shit-ton of options for cool downs.

Heatsink. but it isn't regularly updated to add trinkets so you have to manually add them in the lib file.
