 I recently changed alot of gear and I am spec blood 51-0-20. I can't get over 2000 - 2100 on boss dummy have not had a chance to use it in a raid yet. Here is my armoy. I would apperciate any help I can get to max my dps.

4 Obvious things to me.

First, you are WAY under the expertise cap.  You want to be 26 or 27 ideally.  Note, you are well over the hit cap and could trade some of that.

Second, you have the wrong glyphs.  You want DRW, Ghoul and Death Strike for that build.  Also may want to put in Glyph of Raise Dead to ensure you don't need corpse dust instead of Death's Embrace.

Third, get Bloodworms - yes they are not great DPS but they are dps.

Fourth, You may want to look at moving the 3 points in Morbidity to Necrosis.

If I remember to raise one I do most times I don't remember.

I have tryed a couple different rotations one being
PS-IT-HSX2-OB-DC/DUMP
OBX2-HSX2-DC.DUMP

first thing i see if your not spec'd in ob why use it, also i pretty sure DS is a bigger hitter now for blood and it keep your dots up

Yes that is definitely one of your problems.  Replace Obliterate with Death Strike.  Remember when you hit Obliterate in this build you just went diseaseless - which is now very bad.

 Thanks all but I seem to have something else wrong. Even after the suggested changes. I just can't seem to get this 3-4 or 5k on the boss dummy as other are reporting, I can get 3000-3100 on the level 80 dummy but on the boss 2000-2100 even when the server has a fresh reboot so they dummy is full of health.

I have DRW, Death Strike and Dark Death.

on the second part of your rotation try using 4x HS and 1 DS more chances for Sudden Doom
