Some interesting stuff on bluepost about these. http://blue.mmo-champion.com/t/26435296414/feedback-dark-phoenix-mount-reward/I'm not especially concerned about the dark pheonix being linked to any particular achievement (that's probably just "example of possible choice" type thing he's talking about) But the part about "guild achievements done before cata don't count, only stuff done as a guild post-cata counts" was... a little blah. I'm not sure anybody will really want to divert the time (especially early) necessary to backflag things, but it might be worth it if you happen to (for example) get a legendary quest before cata to hold off on turning it in / creating it till after the guild achieves are turned on. Not sure how happy/coolio I am with that particular choice by bliz. |

The "We Are Legendary" achieve cannot possibly *not* be retroactive if it includes Ateish. Even if it doesn't that would still be epicly (no pun intended) stupid. Yeah, go back and farm *another* Shadowmourne and Val'nyr. Right. Makes perfect sense when you have *three*. lol.

It doesn't include Ateish, but yes, all legendary you already haven don't count - you have to obtain them post cataclysm's launch. |
