Is armor pen only good for blood spec or is it helpfull with frost as well?

its not worthless for frost because of obliterate, but its not really something to gear for unless you are blood.

Problem with stat ratings is they change per spec. Should you seek out to gear for ArP no, if you get some gear with ArP great!
