They just need to buff  Pain and Suffering  from 20/40% less damage from SW:D to 30%/60% or more. they can even go further and let you gain health as well as mana every time you damage yourself with a SW:D through Masochism.

The problem also seems bigger because of our current health pools, the ICC zone buff, and the fact that just about any shadow priest that steps into ICC is at, above or very close the GCD cap and is firing off SW:D every 1 second instead of 1.3~1.4 as they would through the first tier of Cata raiding.
