the problem seems to be the tank dieing due to healers out of range or out of mana, they get out of range cause they need to get in a cloud and the fight just seems to take quite long. I also wanted to know how long it is taking for you guys to get the kill. Btw Its 10 man.

In my 10m, we have 3 healers ~ Priest, Pally, Shaman. I go Disc as Priest and Tank heal, Pally helping me, and our Shaman focuses on any raid damage.

When we were learning the fight, we really had a tough time getting used to preventing overheal/ not wasting mana as much as possible. We'd call out for a cloud around 50-60% mana, and we'd try and take turns using clouds. You can probably kill a cloud off after every Surge, it's about on point with mana spent.

Not sure what healers you use though - there is a way for druids to be full mana the whole fight. Certain things work in clouds like Lifebloom, Power Word Shield, some others - that will reduce mana cost and not hurt the entire healing of the spell. Rapture and Lifebloom Regen work, but not as effective.

Just have the healers take turns in clouds, and have them understand that they cant be wasting mana either. They need to use their most mana efficient spells, and reduce overheal as much as they can. Priests; Shield, Penance if Disc, Flash if Holy/ Pallies: Flash of Light, Sacred Shield / Druids: Lifebloom, Rejuv, Swiftmend at the ready / Shaman: Healing Wave, ..no idea what else for sham <.<;

Our fights are usually.. hm I guess they were about 5-7minutes when we started? I dunno, but it's about 5minutes now.

A lot of those people are in their secondary sets atm, so i have no idea about their gear. If your healers are still the problem, i suggest they check out plusheal.com for suggestions or ideas in the raiding sections.
maybe you have some kind of wws or something?

our Blood DK tank just sits there for 10 and 25m, Deathkin is the name. he has about 49k health raidbuffed in 25m. Otherwise he can kite the boss across the room, some go North or south, or others go west/east.
