I could not for the life of me get a plague strike to land while dual wielding.  I tried different MH+OH combinations, and even threw on all of my hit gear (447) and spammed plague strike for 5 min in unholy presence.  It just would not land.  No one else that I talked to was having the issue, so I'm not sure what to do.  Any input would be helpful.

did you reset your talents and try? it could be a possible conflict with some kind of talents with each other, or a bug with the dummy?

SO, I completely failed there. Apparently I was trying to use a mace, which for some dumbass reason my skill was set to 1/400 on the PTR, when its 350+ on live XD

Hey now!  Be nice!

I was a hunter for a long time and could not get groups to accept the fact that I could cc and kite mobs.  Had nothing to do with whether I could actually do it or not.  They just assumed that all hunters were huntards.

Here in a nice DK forum, a guy asked a question that nobody had heard of and eventually came up with his own answer.  The PTR does odd things on occasion - no harm, no foul.
