    Shadow 2 Pieces - Your Shadowfiend deals 20% additional damage as Fire damage and its cooldown is reduced by 75 sec.
    Shadow 4 Pieces - While you have Shadow Word: Pain, Devouring Plague, and Vampiric Touch active on the same target you gain Dark Flames, which reduces the cooldown of Mind Blast by 3 sec.


Tooooo soon to have set bonuses that alter your rotation or your priority systems. but almost halving the CD of Mind Blast should remove the 'only if you have 1 orb' rule. we should have decent Empowered Shadows up time regardless, and Mind Blast is already 2.5x the DPET of Mind Flay.

If we can't maintain high enough Empowered shadows, which is likely since we'll be casting a lot more Mind Blasts and fewer Mind Flays, maybe they'll finally realize that randomizing the core mechanic of a class (the mechanic responsible for our mastery) is dumb. There's a lot of things they can do to address that issue though.

- Not randomizing orb generation (obvious).
- Increase the % of generating orb per tick, especially since we'll be mind flaying a lot less in T12 than we are now. alternatively, have it proc from SW:P and DP instead of SW:P and MF, as it is currently.
- Increase the duration of empowered shadows.



the 2pc is pretty badass, especially for healers.  since 4pc healy bonus sounds like another "click the god damn light well" mechanic, I'm sure a lot of healers will go 2x Heal and 2x Shadow

Blood 2 Pieces - Your melee attacks cause Burning Blood on your target, which deals 800 Fire damage every 2 for 6 sec and causes your abilities to behave as if you had 2 diseases present on the target.

Blood 4 Pieces - Your Dancing Rune Weapon grants 15% additional parry chance.

4 piece is good, 2 pc does NOT mean diseaseless blood as the only abilities that buffs are blood boil and heart strike.  You still need to as a tank debuff your target's AP through scarlet fever and attack speed with frost fever.

The 2pc is decent. This really depends on what you are assigned to and if you are disc or holy. Raid healing, for example, has disc priests spamming shields, PoH, PoM and penance mostly and holy does PoH, PoM, CoH and Sanc. I guess during intervals with no raid dmg we could Heal to gain mana, though. I'm disappointed with the 4pc. Its hard enough getting ppl to click my lightwell. Why couldn't it be like the pally 4pc (Holy 4 Pieces - Your Divine Light also heals a nearby injured target for 20% of the amount healed.)? Free extra heal on your most used/spammed spell is pretty OPed.

Shadow Priest 2-Piece: Now requires the priest to be in Shadowform to be active.

Yeah i figured i'd go with 2 and 2 pieces. I wasnt too excited about the mini lightwell. glad they changed it though. gheyyy.

Holy/Discipline Priest 4-Piece: Old bonus removed and replaced -- You have a chance when you cast a helpful spell to summon a Cauterizing Flame at the target’s location. Each second the Cauterizing Flame will heal an injured party member within 20 yards for 9250 to 10750 health. Lasts 5 seconds.
