So I've been playing Wakfu for the better portion of a month, it's in closed beta in NA and I ninja'd my way past a registration IP ban to get into the European open beta when I heard this took SRPG (FFT style) combat into a sandboxish, eve online esque game structure set in a beautiful hand painted world. The game is rough around the edges, no doubt in that, and several specs or even classes have some balance issues and bugs, not everything is well described or working properly and lately the game has crashed a lot and despite all that it's STILL been among the most enjoyable MMO experiences I've EVER had because the combat stays interesting, the world is full of sights to see and the player controlled government, ecosystem and economy are all interesting.
Wakfu is set in the same world as another popular SRPG mmo made by Ankama games called Dofus. Wakfu is set some time later after a god-like Ogre has nearly drowned the whole world in his tears of sadness. Heroes have emerged to save the day yatta yatta yatta, you get the idea. It's important to me to stress that the classes are really not super generic rogue/mage/fighter/cleric and are in fact all a bit different than your standard fare. The game structure may not appeal to everyone but it's certainly drawn me, and several others into it's depths and I'd like to spread the word and get a few of you to join me.
The stipulation to joining me is of course that your NA ip's are blocked from registering for the European site. As a result I'm more than happy to register for anyone who cannot get a proxy, simply send me a PM on these forums with the following info:

Password
Email address
Display name (cannot be the same as log in ID)
It's a good idea to send me 1st, second and third choices for the display name and log in ID's as they may be taken.
Once you're down with that, you can find Me, Windstrom, Punpun, Yoink, Deleran, and Amy (on rare occasions) on the Remington server, our home nation is Amakna, and it would be good to select the same so we can easily group together. There's no real share range so to speak so expect to be able to group with us nearly immediately.
