Window's experience score of 5.9, because you're still living with a 7400 IDE hard drive?  Man, why you gotta live in the past man.  7.4+ on the rest is really good.

I've been using Windows 7 for 3 months now, it's awesome!  Yay for no drivers and auto installing/detecting everything.

No... thats a 10k rpm Raptor. Need a SSD harddrive to pass 5.9. I think raid get 6.4 - 6.9

I figured Sata II would get you the higher benchmark because it appears to be the access/bandwidth that's measured.  But like you said, it appears Microsoft is expecting 6-8 core processors next year as well as SSD drives to become more standard and in RAID (at least RAID0).  This seems to be the ticket to what Windows considers a high score.  In terms of the video card score, I wonder if a 7.9 will only be achievable with SLI/Crossfire with both using DirectX11.

Some one with SSD 125gb only get 6.9... I'm guessing 256mb SSD and raid for 7.0+ score.. haha.

Even tho my Raptor X is a SATA 1. Maybe they will change the score later on. Like they did before.
