I have been playing around with specs and I noticed when I refreshed diseases with Pestilience it did not refresh Improved Icy Touch.  Anybody else experience this?

I went back and searched on the WoW bug forum and found this was a pre-existing bug.  I bumped the thread as it is still true in 3.2.  I also submitted a ticket.

I don´t know if Blizz handles this a bug.

Applying FF by GoDisease works different than doing it by IT or glyphed HB. GoD for example doesn´t clip your disease-ticks. It´s like it´s just extending the runtime, not applying anything.

I´d love to hear it´s a bug, because by now my 3rd glyph (HB) is sort of a compromise.

If they want to make it 20 seconds from IT, then it should be said that way in the tooltip.  Right now it is listed as "when frost fever is active".

Either way, clarity would be good.
