Somewhat surprisingly to all of us, we downed Vezax Hardmode, One Light in the Darkness and Steelbreaker last all in one night, with Yogg+1 taking only 6 attempts. There was just something in the air last night and it smelled an awful lot like Ironbound Drake.
So where are we in the great scheme of things? We accomplished the real goal, which was to ditch the guys at the end of Ulduar so that we would have more flexibility continuing Ulduar with the additional content starting tomorrow night. We are one achievement away from completing the Ulduar meta and getting drakes. We are still working on Algalon and will have no issues getting in our hour each week. Why is this all so cool? Because our first hard mode kill was just about one month ago.
I want to say thanks to all the great members of Plaguechill, you freakin' rock. Please remember our roots and keep your feet on the ground. These hard modes have all been nerfed and we are now looking down the barrel of a larger, unnerfed, hard mode gun.
